And it doesn’t take lifetime of practice brain changes have been observed after eight weeks of brief daily meditation training.
In the morning session , there is no noise available and also positive energy is present , that’s why for meditation the best time for Meditation is in the morning 4 am to 6 am .

I meditate twice a week for 10-15 minutes during my yoga classes. One key to its long term success will be to keep doing it more on my own without my instructor’s prodding.
