40- Days Challenge of 2020

The “40” days are remaining of year 2020 , the year 2020 are worst year because of pandemic but also the year “2020” gives us time for yourself . In this year , we learn about the life is more important than anything. And also the we got lot of time because of lock down of pandemic which teaches us about self-love and self-care because we have to maintain social- distance.

The “2020” is not the worst year because it teaches us a lot , it teaches us value of life , it teaches us value of self care and also it give chance to develop and improve yourself.

If we talk using the technological words then ” this year is just dedicated to system maintenance of the planet ”

Lets come on point of the blog which is “40 days Challenge of 2020 “. In 2020 only last 40 days are remaining so i am taking a 40 days challenge of ‘Gratitude Journal’ in which i have write in gratitude journal on daily basis for 40 days.

Whether you’re keeping a journal or writing as a meditation , it’s the same thing. What’s important is you’re having a relationship with your mind.

Look at your writing time as personal relaxation time.It’s a time when you can de-stress and wind down. Journaling is for any one who can write.Journaling can be effective for many different reasons and help you reach a wide range of goals.

Basic goals of Gratitude Journaling :

  1. Try to write every day
  2. Make it easy
  3. Write whatever feels right.

Dress Right , It always pays

Look important -it helps you think important.

Rule : Remember your appearance “talks” . Be sure it says positive things about you. Never leaves home without feeling certain you look like the kind of person you want to be.

Most honest advertisement appearing in print — ” Dress Right , You can’t Afford Not To. “

One advertisement primarily for child but it can be applied to adults as well. “Look at yourself through your superior’s eyes , your associate’s eyes “

It costs so little to be neat . Take the slogan literally. Interpret it to say ” Dress Right , it always pays.”

People do evaluate you on the basis of your appearance. Your appearance is the first basis of your evaluation other people have. The point is : the better you are packaged , the more public acceptance you will receive.

Appearance is important but how do you expect me to afford the kind of clothing which really makes me feel right and which causes other to look up to me?

Answers is : ” Pay twice as much and buy half as many.”

In sofar as appearance is concerned , quality is for more important than quantity. Remember : Your appearance talks to you and it talks to others. Make certain it says , “Here is a person who has self-respect. He’s important . Treat him that way.”

You own it to others – but , more important , you own it to yourself – to look your best.

You are what you think you are . If your appearance makes you think you’re inferior , you are inferior . If it makes you think small , you are small.

Look your best and you will think and act your best.

My Reading Bucket List In 2020

The books , I want to read which i collect them from last 4 years but because of busy schedule of my Engineering and M.Tech studies I didn’t get time to read the book from by bucket list . The list of book , I collected are follow :

  1. 7 habits of Highly effective people by Stephen R. Covey.
  2. The Magic of Thinking Big by David Schwartz.
  3. Last lecture by Jeffrey Zaslow and Randy Pausch.
  4. The 48 laws of Power by Robert Greene.

But In 2020 , because of Covid-19 lockdown , there are lot of time available to invest in our habits which we didn’t get in day to day life busy schedule. In Maharashtra , India , there are lockdown since from 24 march 2020 .India’s government announced lockdown in India till 31 May 2020. Because of Covid-19 panademic lockdown , Indian Television channel re-telecast their 1988’s show Mahabharat and Ramayan which got record break viewers and huge fan following in the 2020.

The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.

The books are our best friend , they never leave us in any situation . Sometimes , they perform different role in our life . Books are our teacher , our mentor , our friends . Anytime if you want them with you they are available to you. If we develop reading habit in day-to -day life then after 5 years of reading we are different person . Books develop us tremendously .

Traveling is also one of my bucket list but in 2020 its doesn’t seen easy to travel around state and country. Because of Covid-19 pandemic , The 2020 is worst year for traveler. but the best thing about the books are they let you travel without moving your feet. So the more you read , the more information you get and more knowledgeable you became.

Don’t Compare yourself to others . In social media age , it is tempting to beat yourself up if your friends are getting married , having kids and living a life of luxury.

Research suggest that comparing yourself to others are pointless. That’s because , from the outside , people can seem a lot happier and less troubled than they really are.

The death of contentment is comparison to others.

We each live our own lives. By comparing yourself to others , the only thing you are going to do is hurt yourself.

Personality Begins when Comparison leaves off . Be Unique , Be Proud , Be Memorable , Be Confident.

Review on ” Inflow Of New Thought Can Remake You”

“Inflow of new thought can remake you” is the chapter in book which is ” The Power of Positive Thinking” by Dr. Norman Vincent Peale . Here , I can share a some beautiful sentence which is from the book .

The greatest discovery of my generation is that human being can alter their lives by altering their attitude of mind.

“A Man’s life is what his thoughts make of it ” said Great thinkers of antiquity Marcus Aurelius.

“A Man is what he thinks about all day long” said the wisest man who ever lived in America was Ralph Waldo Emerson.

A famous psychologist said ” There is a deep tendency in human nature to become precisely like that which you habitually imagine yourself to be.”

Condition are created by thought far more powerfully than condition create thought. Think one way and you attract the conditions which that type of thinking indicates. Think another way and you can create an entirely different set of conditions.

This great law briefly and simply stated is that if you think in negative terms you will get negative results . If you think in positive terms you will achieve positive results. That is simple facts which is at that basis of an astonishing law of prosperity and success.

Their is magical three words ” Believe and Succeed .”

When you pray for something at the same time visualize what you pray for. Believe that if it is God’s will and is worthwhile , not selfishly sought after , but for human good , that it is at that moment given you.

The secret of a better and more successful life is to cast out those old , dead , unhealthy thoughts. Substitute for them new , vital , dynamic faith thoughts.

You can depend upon it – an inflow of new thought will remake you and your life.

Try Prayer Power

Every problem can be solved and solved right if you pray.

Now it’s June 2020 and Covid-19 pandemic lock down continues in India . We have to stay in home and cooperate with the Maharashtra Government which is fighting with this Pandemic. In this fight of Covid-19 , the enemy is disappeared , we not see the enemy (virus). Still there is no correct medicine is available to treat this virus So We have only one option available is lock down . Researcher start finding the medicine till we have one option which is Try Prayer Power . We have to pray for our self , we have to pray for our state , we have to pray for our country and we have to pray for save the world as best as possible.So we have to stay home , and we got lot of time .

I used this time to complete my reading bucket list . In last week , i started reading one book which is The power of Positive Thinking by Dr. Norman Vincent Peale. In this book , there is one chapter which named as Try Prayer Power. This chapter impressed me a lot . The author of this book describe it amazingly. There are some points I noted while reading which I share here .

The author say that ” You can’t get a man physically healthy until you get him spiritually healthy”.

A famous psychologist says , “Prayer is the greatest power available to the individual in solving his personal problem. Its power astonishes me”

The Prayer power seems able even to normalize the aging process , obviating or limiting infirmity and deterioration.

Prayer can freshen you up every evening and send you out renewed each morning.You can receive guidance in problem is allowed to permeate your subconscious , the seat of the forces which determine weather you take right or wrong action.

Prayer has the power to keep your reactions correct and sound. Prayer driven deeply into your subconscious can remake you.
