Rule of Five Years

If you use five years wisely , you can come out the other side of them exactly where you want to be. Yes , Five years rule works….

It takes five years to fully re-invent yourself —- said by Entrepreneur James Altucher.

It takes four to six years to build a blog that create wealth —- said by Blogger Jon Morrow.

In between the five years — Use Rule 100 : Write 100 blog , do something 100 times to get good at it. Don’t focus on making each one perfect ; just focus on doing your things , over and over.

But first you have to start and be consistent throughout and Don’t quite.

In the beginning , we might just be trying to survive . Most people quit in this phase.

Challenge of silence

Challenge of Silence : In this week , I am taking challenge of not speaking any word whole week , if their any important communication and emergency then I’ll contact or communicate only using what’s app and email.

Benefits of Speaking Less

Wise men speak when they have something to say. Fools speak because they have to say something — Plato.

When we’re unconscious of what we’re saying , these repetitive and negative thoughts become the main ingredients that comprise our speech, what we have to say.

Because most of what we think isn’t worth thinking , let alone speaking.

We might depend on communication , but talking isn’t always communication.

“It’s better to remain silent and be thought a fool than a speak and remove all doubt” — Abraham Lincoln.

Speaking less doesn’t necessarily mean thinking less , but it can lead to better quality thoughts.

These are gifts that come when we cultivate inner and outer silence. Because it’s impossible to be perceptive of what’s going on around you when you’re busy talking all the time.

Before you speak , ask yourself if what you are going to say is true , is kind , is necessary , is helpful. If the answer is no , maybe what you are about you are about to say should be left unsaid. — Bernard Meltzer.

Constantly Invest In Yourself

There is no more profitable investment than investing in yourself.

Make at least one improvement that makes you better at something every single day. It sounds daunting but improvement don’t have to be huge , they can be really small which incrementally leads to huge change.

Think improving just 1% each day and build upon that every single day. Doing so has a dramatic effect and will make us 37* better , not 365% (3.65*) better at the end of the year.

You need to fight to improve.

Good things came to those who go and get them , nobody achieved greatness waiting for it to find them.

Always Say Less Than Necessary

When you are trying to impress people with words , the more you say , the more common you appear, and the less in control.

Even if you saying something banal, it will seem original if you make it vague , open-ended and sphinx like.

Powerful people impress and intimidate by saying less. The more you say , the more likely you are to say something foolish.

Lessons From 20-Something

  • Failure is a necessary and valuable part of growing up , because by our 30s we will inevitably have faced some setbacks.
  • In our 30s , we are perhaps finally old enough to head some good life advice.
  • Don’t compare yourself to others.
  • Practice Gratitude.
  • Embrace the beautifully messy , ordinary adult lives most of us lead.
  • Don’t adhere too rigidly to any one vision for your life.
  • Be flexible and adaptable.
  • Finally , Figure out what you want verses what you think you want and adjust accordingly.
