If you cannot reconnect , focus on yourself in the most loving , intimate way possible. Relate to yourself as you would to a best friend. If needed , seek out a best friend. The key is to strengthen your connection with life as it unfolds in you.

Regardless of what happens in your social life , you are always a living miracle made of stardust , a part of nature that can never really become unattached from God or what agnostics call the web of existence.

Learn About Yourself

The more you learn about yourself , the more you will see the good and bad things of your attitude. People are complex being with good and bad traits. Sometimes these bad one take the best of us.

It’s immensely important to understand and accept yourself the way you are. It’s the only way to go if you want to be happy in life.

We are constantly changing, and that is a good thing. What would be even better , is if we recognize the change and make something positive out of them.

In conclusion , you can be happy and satisfied with what you are doing right now , but you should also keep learning and upgrading all the time.

Challenge of October : Detox from Phone.

I am taking 31 days of challenge to completely detox from phone. In the month of October , lets see what’s the effect of this challenge.

It’s not possible to leave away from technology because technology is most important part of our day to day life. For also blogging , we need technology …so in this month , I’ll do blogging using laptop only not mobile phone.

But social media and mobile phone makes a lot of impact on our life . Sometimes , I feel like I am totally in control of my phone . Form last 10 years , the technology grows so fast , and we use it everywhere from morning to night every second. Lots of times waste to just checking notification , email etc. Sometime , I miss my phone so much but i controlled a lot to not take phone for 31 days.

But , Just think what was a life at 90’s and before the technology came. The life in 80’s and 90’s are much peaceful and calm as compared to todays life. I am just a fan of 80’s and 90’s life but unfortunately I am today’s young adult with technology life. And I am technology Student so I support and doing research on latest technology but I love traditional things.

Detox from phone gives great benefits in day to day life. Let’s see after 31 days complete.

The Law of Wasted Effort

Do you know that lions only succeed in a quarter of their hunting attempts — which means they fail in 75% of their attempts and succeed in only 25% of them.

Despite this small percentage shared by most predators, they don’t Despair in their pursuit and hunting attempts.

The main reason for this is not because of hunger as some might think but it is the understanding of the ” Law of Wasted Efforts ” that has been instinctively built into animals , a law by which nature is governed.

Half of the eggs of fishes are eaten . Half of baby bears die before puberty. .. Most of the world’s rain falls in the Ocean. And most of the seeds of trees are eaten by birds.

Scientists have found that animals, trees and other forces of nature are mote receptive to the law of “Wasted Efforts “.

Only human thinks that the lack of success in a few attempts is failure. But the truth is that ; we only fail when we stop trying.

Success is not to have a life tree of pitfalls and falls…..but Success is walk over your mistakes and go beyond every stage where your efforts were wasted looking forward to the next stage.
