I am taking 31 days of challenge to completely detox from phone. In the month of October , lets see what’s the effect of this challenge.
It’s not possible to leave away from technology because technology is most important part of our day to day life. For also blogging , we need technology …so in this month , I’ll do blogging using laptop only not mobile phone.
But social media and mobile phone makes a lot of impact on our life . Sometimes , I feel like I am totally in control of my phone . Form last 10 years , the technology grows so fast , and we use it everywhere from morning to night every second. Lots of times waste to just checking notification , email etc. Sometime , I miss my phone so much but i controlled a lot to not take phone for 31 days.
But , Just think what was a life at 90’s and before the technology came. The life in 80’s and 90’s are much peaceful and calm as compared to todays life. I am just a fan of 80’s and 90’s life but unfortunately I am today’s young adult with technology life. And I am technology Student so I support and doing research on latest technology but I love traditional things.
Detox from phone gives great benefits in day to day life. Let’s see after 31 days complete.
Many times we’re like the salesman , who failing to make the sale , report to the manager, ” Yes , but I sure convinced the customer he was wrong. ” In selling , the big objective is winning sales , not arguments.
In marriage the big objective is peace , happiness , tranquility -not winning quarrels or saying , “I could have told you so.”
Paraphrasing some military lingo , it is much better to lose a battle and win the war than to win a battle and lose the war.
Every friend you have was a stranger at one point.
Give people a chance and they may surprise you. You never know you could even end up meeting your best friend on the sidewalk , on the airplane or at the movies.
Be brave , Be smart.
When you first meet new people , there’s excitement. Every conversation reveals more about who you are and who they are. That means you can connect on a deep level and find similar experiences to share.
When you make new friends , then you will expose yourself to new things. Automatically , you will get the chance to learn new things and grab more knowledge. When you start working in different regions , then you explore a new culture.
It is not easy to find out why different people behave in a different way.
If you have so many friends or you have met enormous people in your life , then it becomes easier for you to find out their psychology.
When you speak with more people , then eventually you will have a good understanding of your life.
If you are one of those who love to stay home and do not want to put some efforts to go out to meet new persons, then you can’t grow your level.
All of us want to grow in our life and move to next level , therefore we should meet new people.
Talking to strangers are also have mental health beneficial.
What kind of person you are? Do you love meeting new people ? Do you want to make new friends?
The life of every human is a diary in which he/she means to write one story , and write another ; and his humblest hour is when he/she compares the volume as it is with what he vowed to make it.
When there’s gap between who you are and who you intend to be , you are incongruent and unhappy. You’re torn , mentally exhausted , and regretful. You always slightly feel like a fraud to yourself , and probably to the people around you.
